Additional costs caused by incorrect information, restricted access, failed delivery attempts, waiting time, or changes requested by the customer may be charged to the customer.

Where appropriate, customers may be requested to provide photographs, delivery documentation, or other supporting evidence.
6. Third-Party Transport Providers
NNC Holdings may use third-party transport companies, freight providers, couriers, contractors, or other logistics providers to fulfil deliveries.
Where third-party providers are used, delivery schedules may be subject to their operational requirements and availability.

Where a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the relevant information to the customer.
8. International Deliveries
International deliveries may be subject to additional transportation, customs, duties, taxes, permits, insurance, and handling requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, permits, and other destination-related costs.

NNC Holdings reserves the right to review the delivery arrangements before confirming any requested changes.
11. Ownership and Risk
