Delivery dates and estimated completion times are provided in good faith and may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including supplier delays, vehicle availability, traffic, weather, operational disruptions, customs processes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

7. Equipment and Machinery

Customers are responsible for ensuring that equipment or machinery selected for purchase or hire is appropriate for its intended application.

Where relevant, customers must operate machinery in accordance with applicable safety requirements, manufacturer instructions, and relevant laws and regulations.

NNC Holdings is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modifications, negligent operation, improper maintenance, or use outside the intended specifications of equipment.

8. Construction Services

Construction services will be performed according to the scope, specifications, quotation, and other terms agreed upon with the customer.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional costs, revised timelines, or both. Changes should be agreed upon in writing before additional work is undertaken where reasonably possible.

9. Procurement

For procurement services, NNC Holdings may source goods or equipment from third-party suppliers on behalf of customers.

Product availability, supplier pricing, specifications, and delivery schedules may be subject to third-party conditions.

Where goods are specially procured or sourced for a customer, the applicable order and payment terms will apply.

10. Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable South African law or expressly agreed to in writing by NNC Holdings, sales are final and refunds will not be provided.
